Born in May 2010 under a humble 10x10 tent at the Cherry Creek Farmers Market, Crock Spot was founded by husband-and-wife team Steven and Mandy with one mission: deliver gourmet, fast-casual meals that are 100% customizable to every guest's taste.
From the very first day, customers raved about our fresh, healthy, mix-and-match rice bowls — launching us into Denver's must-try food scene. In 2017, Peter Edholm joined as our Field Marshall and quickly became an essential part of the family, bringing operational expertise that helped us scale into Colorado's premier catering operation.
Today, Steven, Mandy, and Peter lead Crock Spot as Denver's go-to for unforgettable catering — serving hundreds of corporate lunches, dream weddings, concerts, festivals, and large events across Colorado. Our proven ability to feed crowds quickly and deliciously, paired with food that truly CROCKS, makes every gathering extraordinary.
